Inkjet Service is part of Rockwell Hitec Ltd which was established in 1982. Rockwell Hitec Ltd have been manufacturing products in the Photographic, motion picture and imaging Industries for over 30 years and continue to this day. We are well known Worldwide as the leader in the manufacture of automatic chemical mixers.
Inkjet Service Limited was formed in 2000 and has become a well-known printer repair Service company in the UK predominately working with Epson and FujiFilm . We have dedicated engineers located nationwide to offer a next day breakdown service. We offer quality repairs and service at affordable prices - and most customers end up saving money when they use us. We work with a number of resellers and are trusted by the printer manufacturers with their most high profile products for both in and out of warranty repairs. We are professional, knowledgable and cost-effective. We are trained by all the manufacturers we represent and are qualified to undertake warranty work on behalf of Epson. We do not sell equipment only repair so you can rely on trusted advice about when to repair or replace your equipment. We will always attempt to fix any issue over the phone so you only need on site support when its really required. All repairs come with a warranty and when calling you will speak to an engineer who knows the product rather than a call centre reading from a script. We will always give you the most economic route and only fit parts that are required, if heads are required we will use the manufacturers fixed price repair option and have industry leading first fix rates.
About our engineers
Our engineers are all Epson trained and attend site with all parts required to get you up and running quickly and to reduce downtime. We will offer you impartial advice about maintenance moving forward. All work is quoted accurately and there will be no nasty surprises. Along with repairs we install and deinstall equipment and can offer comprehensive operator training on software and hardware.
To get the best from your service visit
Please ensure you have sufficient ink (atleast 50%) or replacement cartridges. We carry test media however if you have specific issues with a paper stock we will need sufficient to carry out tests. Its important we get all the facts with the issue and even if its an attempted customer repair thats gone wrong its no issue just tell us and we can sort it out quickly, if we do not get all the facts we can only advise on the information given. Please let us know all service codes and error numbers as this will pinpoint the area. Printers very rarely just need a 'service' there is often a route cause to this information like - more cleans than usual, leaving scuff marks, unusual print results etc will help both of us to a fix quickly.
